ORDER

 

What time do you generally process orders?

Orders that are confirmed before 12 midnight are processed for delivery on the next working day.  

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. We are not responsible for duties, taxes, and fees to orders being delivered (if applicable).

Can I add, remove or cancel my order after payment?

As we strive to deliver your products as soon as possible, we will proceed with the packing of an order after receiving it. This means we are unable to make any amendment or cancellation on the orders received. Removing of products will not be possible due to payment already been processed. 

Am I able to exchange the size if I bought the wrong size?

As items are very limited, we recommend our customers to choose the best fit using our Sizing Chart as we cannot promise that there will still be sizes available.

However, if it is still the wrong size, fret not! For any request of size exchange, kindly email to and we would guide you on the exchange process. Please note that all terms and conditions has to be met before the exchange could take place. 

Am I able to order items that are currently out of stock?

Yes! Our products run on a limited quantities basis and it may run out fast. However, if there is high interest of a specific design, we may run a reproduction of it.

What happened if I received a defective product?

We are sorry for sending you a defective item.

Please write in to support@bornthreads.com within 7 calendar days upon receiving your products with the following details:

1) Your order number 

2) Picture of the defect 

3) Name and contact information

Our team will be in touch with you and guide you through the process of replacement.

Why is it showing that I am unable to checkout the products in the shopping cart?

What are the forms of payments that I can use?

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Amex, ApplePay, GooglePay and UnionPay.

For Singapore orders, we accept PayNow, PayLah and Google Pay. 

Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

Yes. An order confirmation with order summary and tracking number will be sent to your email address once you place an order with a successful transaction.

I have ordered and confirmed payment on bornthreads.com. What do I do now?

You are all set! Now all you have to do is to wait for your parcel to arrive at your doorstep.

Will bornthreads.com store my payment information?

We at bornthreads.com respect the privacy of the customers and do not store any information pertaining to credit/debit card of any customer. So, when you pay by credit/debit card, your card information is transacted to payment gateway providers in the most secure way possible.

I have a discount code. How do I enter it?

Please click the ‘Apply Discount Code’ button while reviewing orders before making the payment.

 


 

DELIVERY

 

How can I be aware of the delivery slots?

We usually delivers products from 10 am in the morning to 8 pm in the evening.

 

How can I track my orders?

You can track your orders using the tracking number and courier tracking site sent to you in the invoice once we have fulfilled your order.

 

How long is delivery time?

Products are delivered within 1 - 3 working days after order is fulfilled. If you do not receive your parcel during the stipulated time, do contact us.
